Welcome to PiscesWelcome to the Pisces Pet Emporium web page! Pisces Pet Emporium is the largest independently owned pet super store in Canada. We’ve been successfully serving customers in Calgary since 1975.

If you love pets, demand good customer service, and value professional expert advice, come and visit our newly expanded store. We recently renovated and doubled our floor capacity to 20,000 square feet.

Bulk Foods

 We are located at:

  • #10, 5220 — 4th Street N.E.
  • just off McKnight Blvd. and Edmonton Trail
  • by Golden Acre Garden Centre
  • You and your pets are welcome to visit us

Store Hours:

                Monday to Friday:            9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
                Saturday:                        9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
                Sunday:                          10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

WaterfallWe carry fresh and marine fish, aquatic plants, puppies, kittens, birds, small animals (including ferrets), and reptiles of all sorts. In addition, we carry the largest selection of brand name pet products in Canada.

We also have a large Pond and Pond Supplies department. We carry supplies for your pond year round and in the spring/summer months we carry an extensive line of live pond plants.


We are especially proud of our strong, knowledgeable and long-term team of sales associates. Some Hi Tech Sectionof our sales associates have been with us for over 15 years! All of our sales associates are highly trained on all of the products that we carry, thereby enabling them to help you make good healthy decisions with regards to your pet’s needs.

We also have a strong dedication to quality pet care. We feed all of our pets a diverse selection of quality food everyday. Most of our pets at Pisces Pet Emporium, are fed the standard staple food as well as other kinds of food, which are necessary for optimum health and well being.
